A bit of the story, if you don't know it yet —

I've been pregnant with this book since 2013.

The idea never left me. It just kept using me — pushing me to be more prepared, more ready.

Then, one day, I sent a draft to a publisher. Back then, you needed one. (Now there's Amazon and self-publishing...)

They said yes.

And I thought: wow, this is happening.

That led me to commit. And once I committed — in nine months, that paper baby was born.

I held it in my hands for the first time, and it felt like literally creating a dream. Something that had lived in my mind, in my soul, for years — now, suddenly, in my hands.

Then came the presentations. Signing copies. The radio interviews — here's a video from a popular station in Barcelona, a much younger, much wilder-haired version of me, saying the same thing I'm still saying today.
