I believe I've transcended suffering. And I'm surprised there isn't a queue of a billion people. 😕
Is there anything more important than this?

I believe I've transcended suffering. 🙏
And I'm genuinely surprised there isn't a queue of a billion people asking me how and wanting to achieve the same. Is there anything more important than that?
I've been searching for this experience for 27 years. And finally I'm here: limitless freedom, limitless happiness, limitless playfulness. Not because there are no challenges. But precisely because I learned to embrace them. To embrace pain. To embrace the tension, the distance between what I want and what I'm experiencing. To enjoy that energy of discomfort, even pain, moving through me, dissolving, transmuting... becoming expansion instead of blockage. An experience of aliveness, authenticity, openness, curiosity. Instead of something I judge in myself — and therefore inevitably also judge in others, consciously or not, creating more distance, more suffering, more bitterness.
I'm surprised there isn't a queue of a billion people wanting the recipe. 😄
[How long have you wanted to stop suffering? And what has brought you closest so far?]

It occurs to me that every follower of Eckhart Tolle, Sadhguru, every Maharishi, is searching for exactly that. That's the problem. Too much talking about the now. Too much talking about enlightenment, about nirvana. While millions of seekers — I speak from my own experience — spend years, often decades, suffering.
What if, for God's sake, we get rid of suffering first? And then keep expanding into ever-growing enlightenment, ever-expanding nirvana, paradise on earth?
It's like learning to fall. 🛹
Recently I broke a bone. I fell with my beautiful skateboard. The problem wasn't skating at 43, with others who weren't even teenagers yet. The problem was that I hadn't learned to fall.
Feeling pain when you fall is normal. Finding difficult emotions is normal. Falling is normal. Suffering is unnecessary. Breaking bones when falling is unnecessary — at least 99% of the time.
Here's a 4-minute video where I explain how I'm doing it, and how you can do it too, with me or on your own. 🎥 [Video link here]
Because one of the keys is learning to follow yourself. And the other is more slippery, more subtle... and yet just as simple. And you can practice it in five minutes a day.
Looking forward to you and I transcending suffering together. And together inspiring others, until all of humanity, whoever wants to, lives free of suffering too. Creating more beauty, more harmony, more magic for ourselves and for everyone. Flying together on this beautiful planet through our entire galaxy. 🌍
